They (the account) probably just updated the account rather change the date (DOFD, DOLA). When they update the account, the line item at top of the listing says something like "report last updated on..".
The OC or CA doesn't have to accept a PFD and they can continue to report whatever. If you suspect the DOFD was changed, you could look at your reports directly from each CRA and see if the removal date changed any.
