If CA provides DV Documentation, do they report to all (update)?

I disputed two CA Accounts (Professional Collections, Midland) and an two OCs (HSBC and Bally's).

Professional Collections fell off of my Experian but stayed on TU.

HSBC and Bally's fell off of TU and but stayed on Experian.

Midland stayed on both.

I am about to send OC and CA letters but my concern is IF they validate (or ignore) that as a 'reprisal' they will not only update but report to the other agencies they dropped off of and even TU.

Has anyone had that happend when a CA succesfully supplied documentation?

I'm really 50/50 on this, I've made some good progress on my credit-reports and would have to knock them all down because CAs/OCs put them back on OR they decide to play nasty and try to sue.
