If you have no credit do you have a score

If you dont have any credit at all is your score like 0 or what. Once you get a CC or loan of some sort how low will your score start out if you dont have one right now?

No accounts = no file, and no file = no score, not a score of zero. Your best bet might be your bank or a credit union. A secured card is certainly possible. Once a TL reports for six months, you should have a score. What the score will be, I haven't the faintest idea.
