Incorrect number of Inquiries on TU, EQ

My Equifax report shows only one Inquiry made within the past year. However, the TU credit profile that I get from my WaMu card shows THREE inquiries while the same TU profile that I also get from my Frontier Airlines (Juniper Bank/ Barclays) shows TWO inquiries. This increase is recent & considering that my TU score/profile always lags the EQ score/profile time-wise, should this be a cause of concern?? Should I dispute this ?? My TU score is 697 while my EQ score is 736.

Welcome.. You have to remember that not all creditors pull every (or any particular) bureau.
