Inquiries on frozen EX issue

I have a bunch of inquiries that were supposed to fall off in May, in fact they all did drop from TU and EQ but not on EX. I was wondering if that's because my EX is frozen?

Am I supposed to unfreeze for those inquiries to drop from my EX? Anything else I can do besides unfreeze?
