Inquiry notification

I received a notification that there had been an inquiry on my credit report that I did not authorize or know about.  What should I do?

Which company?  Are you sure you did not give permission?

I didn't give permission.  It was a company called Capital Management Services.

they might be looking at your report to try to do a collection

They are a CA.  Are they reporting a TL on your reports?  They have PP.
