Interesting action from CA

My GF sent 2 DV letters to a CA, neither was reponded to.  She disputed with the CRA's, verified.  Then last month she sent a follow-up letter to the CA indicating their violation and asking that they either respond or delete the entry from her report.
 
Tuesday, we noticed that their hard inquiry was removed.  Today, their law firm removed a hard inquiry.  (She had two inquiries from last March, one from the CA and one from a law firm).  They don't respond to her letters or delete the entry, yet they delete the hard inquiry!!!

When she checked her report yesterday, another Inquiry was missing.  This one was from WAMU from last September. 
 
She pulls from privacymatters about twice a week.  Could it be from all of her soft pulls?  Is that why people were getting kicked off of True Credit, because people were intentionally trying to get inquiries removed?
