Irs payment plan va loan

I am meeting with a loan officer tomorrow and she asked that I bring 3 months of statements showing my payments to IRS for my payment plan. Is it a big deal that they are usually 2-4 days late every month? Are they only concerned with 30day lates? This is for a va loan.

In just surprised the IRS hasn't terminated your IA. I was 1 day late once and they terminated my agreement immediately and I had to pay a reinstatement fee.
