Is GE Money a CFL?

Hi,

 

Does anyone know if GE Money is a CFL? I am looking to buy furniture and noticed that GE Money does Living Spaces financing. I can't find any information on it. I went to their website as well and still can't tell. I'm not sure if I want to apply if it's a CFL.

I don't think it is, or at least I never have seen anyone post that it is.
