I sent a DV letter today to my one and only CA. If they agree to PFD do I have to pay in full or do they usually settle for less say 50 percent?

A lot has to do with your SOL. If SOL is way off they might not accept PFD even if PIF.

the debt is 3 years and 3 months old. SOL is 5 years in my state.

Is this a CC is SOL 5 years for an open account?

not a cc. 300 total bill from sprint. now owned by cavalry protfolio services. they report key deragatory to all 3 CRA every month!
