Spoke to someone and they said there was a verification lock on my transunion report? Which is why I probably couldn't do the lock on trueidentity. They removed that lock after asking some questions but it still didn't work. They placed a ticket for the issue but I was told it may take 3-4wks to get resolved. So I opted to get a security freeze instead. Would have liked to have control with the lock, but, oh well :/
