I have a Charged-off credit card from 2006 that was sold to Midland.  Both are reporting the same card.  The OC has a zero balance, but it is still showing up as a charge off.  Midland is also reporting a collection for the same card.  Is this legal or should I try to get the OC removed?

Yes, it is legal. The OC can report with a zero balance and the CA reports with a balance.
