Is this kind of reporting legal???

Need your collective help, peeps! Smiley Very Happy

I had a repo 11/04, DOFD 9/04. Not past SOL. Smiley Sad

EQ & EX show that the repo was reported between 12/04 and 2/05, depending on what you're looking at. Each of those FICO reports show 2 lates, which is correct.

TU shows reporting of a repo (code RF) every month for OVER 2 YEARS. They actively reported every month reporeporeporeporepo.... That FICO report shows me as having 32 lates!! GAH!!

To top it off, I was denied a car loan on that basis, because the CR pulled for me showed a repo for 1/07... over 2 years after the actual repo date.

Is that legal? how can I change that? How can I not wake up the sleeping beast?

I should also note that a CA for this repo popped up on my EQ for 4/07. Grrrr... Looks like I'm not applying for anything that pulls EQ for a bit...
