Is this the best course of action to take?

If you find an error on your report.  Then you dispute.  The creditor keeps verifying it.  You then find proof that it was an error.  Should you (I guess me) send a copy of the proof to the credit reporting agency.  And if (I) do should I ask for a delete since the CA did verify incorrect information.
