Joint Credit Card - 800+ FICO & 650 FICO

So I want to open a USBank Cash+ VS. I noticed that they allow joint accounts.

My brother is currently rebuilding and it would be cool if we could open this card together.

My question is - will I get a lower CL/higher APR/worse terms because the lender will see this as a greater risk?

IMHO better to make him an AU rather then joint.  In case something goes wrong you can easily remove him.

We are assuming that nothing will "go wrong". I just want to know if I will get worse terms.
