Judgements Based On Debts In Bankruptcy Filing

If a judgment is based on a debt that was later discharged in bankruptcy, does that mean the judgment should be voided?   or removed from my credit report by the credit reporting agencies?

If you can show in your bk paperwork that the account reflected in the judgment was discharged in your bk, then you need to fax that paperwork to all 3 cras and ask them to remove it as it ws part of the bk.  It worked for me and another poster on this board.
