Judgment reappeared on my Experian for the third time.

Hello. Hopefully someone can help me here. I have a judgment on my credit report that isn't mine. There is no info about the judgment other than an amount and who filed the judgment. It only appears on my Experian report and was removed by Experian twice before. I just got my October report from myfico.com to reveal that judgment again. I wrote them letters and disputed online in the past with good results. The last time it appeared was January of this year and was off for almost 9 months. What do I do to keep this off and why does it continue to show on my report? I know they go by SSN, but wouldn't that show every month if the court sends the info out every 30 days? Also, why hasn't this ever appeared on my other two bureaus? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Demand that you were not notified of re-insertion under your rights under § 611(B). Procedure in case of disputed accuracy [15 U.S.C. § 1681i] in FCRA and demand it be removed or you will pursue legal actions for the violations.

authorized by the consumer for that purpose, by any other means
available to the agency.

I received a PM from FDNY15275 that he successfully had this judgment removed and a net 150 point gain.

Way to go FDNY15275 !!!!!
