What happen if a law firm acting as collector receives a DV request written in Spanish. Are they obligated to validate it as well in Spanish?

Its 12:00 in the morning and weird questions are popping up inside my head!

Good question. I would say NO   there is no law that says that any employer MUST speak, read or write in anything but english!
