Just received a GREAT email

Chase Freedom emailed me about a fraudulent charge for $80 at Perfume.com and I called them using the number on the card since I was not sure even if the email was from Chase. Sure enough it was from Chase and a I confirmed it was a fraudulent charge so Chase will UPS me overnight a new card.

Their fraud detection alogorithm is great!

Thanks for sharing! You were fortunate on that one.

Re: Just received a GREAT email

For some reason quite unknowns to me Chase seems to have a lot of these type of frauds. I can't count the number of posts i keep finding of members where this same thing is happened. The good part of course is that Chase gets right on it.
