I am new to participating in this forum, but I have been reading the posts for awhile. We got turned down for a HELOC today because of our scores, but your post GIVES ME HOPE!!

May I ask how it jumped that much in such a short amount of time? Inquiring minds want to know....

Keep disputing, talk to previous creditors to remove old lates, and open a few new cards if you don't have any and keep balances below 10% on half of your cards. It will make you golden.

Thanks for the tips...I am maxed out on my cc debt, about $11k! Have to use my ccards for lunches, etc. for clients, and it averages about $600 or more per month. Then, 6 weeks later I get my expense check, and of course the money is needed elsewhere.....bad girl I know! I had hoped we would get this loan to get them paid down below 10%, but oh well......congrats to you on your hard work to get this great score!
