You can get your three reports once a year from annualcreditreport.com, but these wont have the FICO scores on them. The only way to get your legit FICO score is through myFICO or if it comes as a benefit on one of your credit cards.

When the FCRA was amended to entitle consumers to one free credit report once every 12 months, the big-3 CRAs entered into an agreement with the FTC for acceptance of their joint site, annualcreditreport.com, as their way of meeting the daunting task of filling the millions of expected orders.

It is fully santioned by the feds.

However, that is not to say that it is totally non-commercial. They still offer the option for purchase of their own scores.

Just get your CR and dont request a score, and it is totally free and legit.
