It does give option to pay more principal, but when she does it's an error. I think these morons are pieces of crap & I'm going to file with BBB
Do any of you have any ideas on how to reach these people? I advised her to punch in she needs a loan change doc faxed in order to change bank acct info. Maybe there's some info on there.
