Means you were late no more than 90 days for that particular account... Sometimes CCCs don't report payment Hx to all three CRAs so when there are serious delinquencies they report comments to ensure the derogative info is available for all to see.
If it is incorrect, dispute the crap out of it... If it is accurate draft a begging and pleading GW.
