I have a medical collection for 25$ reporting unpaid on my Equifax CR. May I state that this was first reported in 2003. This may or may not have been paid since it was so long ago. Should I send a DV letter or one of the HIPPA letters with the 25$. What would be the quickest way to try and get it off of my CR. Thanks ahead of time.
