Medical collections - How do I found out the OC??

I have two medical collections on my report... one to fall off in June and another to fall off next year.  I have disputed both and they keep coming back verified.

How do I find out the OC so I can offer a PFD or should I just DV the CA?

I would leave the June one alone since its so close to falling off. As for the other you can try a DV to the CA.

this whychat is confusing to me.  Im not sure which letter to use.  These medical collections are from my insurance not paying the full amount so they put it on my credit report. 

Please advise.
