Monthly payment amount being reported but with a zero ($0) balance on experian accounts

Good afternoon!  I see on my credit reports that I have several accounts reporting a monthly balance but yet my balance is zero ($0).  Is this normal?

My balances on these accounts are truly zero ($0) so I'm concerend this can help my debt to income ratio is lenders are looking at my total payments each month.

Thoughts?

P.S.  These are all credit card accounts and most are due to Experian reporting a monthly payment against a balance of zero and one was was equifax.

I would begin by calling the creditor and asking what they have been reporting.....
