Hi - we had a mortgage with Bank of America - paid off because of a relocation bout 2 years ago. That mortgage reflects several past dues including 1 (120 day past due). Question: I now bank with B of America and am considering giving them about 150,000 to invest for me. Any chance I can use the investment money as leverage to get them to remove negative info. from cr? in other words, I'll put this money with your bank if u remove negative items
I would try writing GW letter to BofA and explain the situation in your GW letter. If they don't remove it, go to an office and had proof of your investment and talk to face to face. Money does talk.
