Hello.. I refinanced my home about 7 months ago. I pulled up my credit report, and notice my new mortgage is not reporting to any of the bureaus. . I had good credit with this company since I refianced. (no lates)..
Is it good or bad this company is not showing up on my report? My credit score isn't very good, 530 to 570. I have high revolving debt, and this is a sub prime lender. Should I notify my Mortgage lender and tell them there is an oversite and they are not reporting. From what I read on the forums, the lender reports to all three bureaus.
I suppose if I want to refinance at a "Good rate" in the next few years, I will need to show payment history to a potential lender.
My question is.. should I leave my report "As is" or would it be a good idea to contact my lender to and tell them mine isn't reporting??
