Mortgage not showing on credit report?

In late July I refinanced through Wells Fargo. As of a couple of days ago, the loan is still not showing up on my credit reports. Is it normal for it to take this long? If it matters, it is an FHA loan in mine and my wife's names and she has been making the payments during the grace period. Thanks.

It should be reporting. I would call them to see what's up. It isn't uncommon for a TL to take 30-60 or more days, but you are likely past 90.

How does a mortagage in good standing affect the FICA?   Listed on my husbands but not on mine. Thanks
