Most current contact information for TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian

I have been looking for the current contact info for each, but for some reason cannot find the Phone numbers ... LOL There are a couple different from what I have seen including *backdoor* numbers. If someone has the best and most current numbers, can you post them please?

Here are the FAX numbers I have:

Fax numbers:
Equifax = 866.233.3777
Experian = 972.390.3838
TransUnion = 610.546.4606

Phone numbers:
Experian = 800.509.8495 (once you say your report # & last 4 of SSN say *talk to agent)
TransUnion = 800.916.8800 (got right through)


I will say they are NOT very helpful in the way of information. Here are some questions I asked:

1. How many disputes do you recommend I do at one time? Is it better to do 3 or do all (say 20).
A: You can do as many as you want, there is not a limitation. (This was from both TU and EX)

2. Is it better to handwrite or print your dispute?
A: Either is fine

3. Best way to send dispute, snail mail, certified, or online?
A: We cannot tell you. LOL
