I have a bill that was sold to a collection agency. That agency then sold the account to another agency. I have since paid the bill, but the CO account is listed on my CR 3 times: original lender, original collection agency, second collection agency. Can I get these multiple listings removed, or are they considered 3 separate accounts since the account "technically" belonged to 3 different businesses over the years?
