My fico scores are up during this past month.  10 point on experian 35 on the other 2!  Yeah!

Now Experian went down. I think it is because I applied a new credit card. Got turned down. But anyway it went from 574 to 564.  I wonder how long that will be down. I did pay off 2 collection and my student loan will be paid in full at the end of the month

But I guess with paying off a few collection it doesnt take them away so paying them doesnt take away the impact it will relfect on my credit report.

Woo Hoo  it seems that Fico is giving a lot of love lately my TransUnion just went up 25 points.   Though they were about 3 weeks behind Experian in the same jump from udating my new card and new balance on a collections.  LOL

1 - it is because of this forum 

2 - the computer almost certainly has a subroutine where if too many scores go up it cuts everyone's scores by 20 points just to balance things out
