I contacted Credit Protection Associates regarding a debt from 2003 or 2004.  The amount was less than $100 so I offered a PFD.

I got a response yesterday!  They closed the account PIF and are removing it from all three credit bureaus!  I have a second debt with them for which I offered the same PFD, so I have my fingers crossed that they will remove both.

Thank you so much for your help here!  The letters and follow up are completely worth it!
