Myfico authorized user error

Tried the credit score estimator tool on my phone(website, not app) and it's telling me I'm an authorized user on(all)my credit cards and therefore they cannot give me an estimate. Huh?... 🤔 Coincidentally I'm an AU on NO cards. Also, it works on a computer just fine.

I am having this same issue. I am an AU on one card, but have two or three of my own. Beyond baffled as to why it is saying this. I can't even find the estimator on the computer.
