Mysticism membership.

MyFico is pretty expensive. Is there anyway you can get discounts for the service? Anyway to get annual membership cheaper than $329? I really love the service, and want to keep it, but id rather cut the service to save the thirty bucks....

🙁🙁

Re: Mysticism membership.

I am sure others will offer some good advice on the different myfico options.  Personally, I use a combination of CreditKarma, WalletHub and Experian's free service to monitor my credit reports between official annual credit pulls.   I get plenty of free FICO scores from my various credit card/FCU memberships. The Experian service also comes with a free monthly EX-08 score.  This thread has most of the different options on where free FICO scores are available from:

http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Understanding-FICO-Scoring/Where-to-obtain-FREE-monthly-FICO-scores/...

I have also seen threads about a paid service starting with a trial membership of $1 for pulling all three CRAs.  They cancel and get a new trial membership to pull again.  Sorry, I don't remember the name of the service.  I believe I saw it in the understanding FICO scores sub-forum.

What reports do you plan to buy?  You can get EQ and TU weekly for free (Karma) and EX monthly for free (creditscore.com).

I'm confused.  FICO is a company that makes scores.  You mention wanting to buy reports.  Reports are different from scores.  Reports are free.  You don't need to buy reports.

Re: Mysticism membership.

OK.  You are planning to buy a 3B report from myFICO every four months for $60 each time.  Is that right?

Thinking about it, or just a month, and cancel for 30

Re: Mysticism membership.

What is it that you get from the 3B report that makes you willing to spend so much?  You can get FICO 8 scores and reports for free.
