I had 2 inquiries on my CR from this company from when I applied for a checking acct. The company states that they would delet the inquiries after I spoke with them about the inquiries. I all so wrote them disputing the inquiries and they sent me a letter sign by the compliance dept stating that they no longer had this acct it was close and that they would delet this with the credit bureaus they do business with. What should I do the inquiries is continuing to show? This been about 2-3 wks ago.
