National City

I had the neccesity to borrow money for this company and I was late on my payments 60 days once, they are still reporting me to the credit bureau, so far I have three 60 days delinquency on this account. I called them and they told ME to contact the credit agencies..........I recorded the conversations.  That would take forever.

What do you do if they make mistakes that damage your score?

Re: National City

National City is a mortgage company right? You should be able to call them and get a letter from the company but you need to ask for it. I know the company I work for would send you a correction letter and fix the mistake.

Re: National City

I did contact them (also recorded) and they said that I have to contact the credit bureau and when they start the investigation everything will be resolved.

As I see it, this is a business, the banks want you to have a poor score so they can charge you higher rates, sad...............

I just started my disputes (more than one).
