i wouldn't doubt that about EQ. several weeks ago i submitted a dispute for my verizon CO. when i got an alert, my score also went down some. but not as bad as 56 points. it was less than 10 if i remember correctly. the disputes for the CO has completed but i have not received any alerts regarding my score changing.
