hey guys!
this board is awesome...thought i'd post to see if anyone has any advice that can help. I am closing on a loan for a house towards the end of next month. In the last yr, my credit scores have gone from the mid 5's to EXP 698, EQ 689 and TU 675. I need to get a couple of these over 7 QUICK so when they pull my credit next month to lock the rate I have 2 over 700.
I have a collection from Cavalry that is paid in full (trying to get these guys to delete has not worked AT ALL). Also, I have late payments on a car...have tried different ways to get this changed, but nothing has worked. Finally, I have a Cap One chargoff...(settled for amount less than full balance...balance is 0).
Does anyone have any advice that might help me get these last couple things ammended?
