At least orig amounts are under $2,000. IDK. I just started working with collections. They are dangerous to talk to. All lies.

I guess you have a few options.
Dispute
Negotiate less than they show for PFD!!!
If no PFD on reduced amount wait a little time and try again.
PFD for original amount owed not marked up amount. If no PFD wait a little longer.

Anyone else. I'm lacking experience on collection.

questions the SOL of Florida is 5 years does that start from the date reported? and does that carry over if it sells to a new CA?

there's a thread on here about nco, look it up there are some names of people you can del with at that ca. they have had very good results from there pfds
