Needing help with collection accounts

Ok I am all new at this so please give me a break! I just got a copy of my cbr and found out I am going to need alot of help it was 458 score most of that being collections where do I start please help me I feel I will be spending the next couple of years here typing to you guys Please give me some go ideas. first pull credit reports, dispute with cra, dv with ca, mov with cra, pfd if possible. research these abbreviations and you will be on your way. how many bad accounts do you have for what amount from when etc?

I have 14 accounts in collections  from 2000 to March 1 2008

Dispute "obsolete" on any collections over 7 years old-
