So basically, when a CA is removed for an unknown reason it has a very good chance to come back and haunt you sometime down the road. So, when something comes off I should case the OC and make arrangements to PFD before it's sold and tries to make a comeback. Is this in your opinion the best strategy? And of course thank you for this very valuable info. It is very much appreciated.

This also depends on which state you live in as to what the statue of limitation are which could also be a factor!
