I got a new car yesterday (6/23). How long will it take for the loan account to start to appear on the 3 CB's? They said the first payment will be due Aug 27.

I'd give it a couple of months. It's a YMMV-thing based on the lender. Some take 2-3 months. Some take 2-3 weeks.
+1 -- depends on the creditor. They don't all report within the time timeframe.
