Could you please provide information on what type of additional assistance the person at the number above can provide? (Item deletion? Is the person at this number a Special Handling Supervisor?)

Wish I could tell you what they were..I don't know...  there email address was Individual.CustServ@equifax.com

I had disputed an item (some lates)with Equifax and they had since added a 120 days late as status (on a zero balance account paid in full that had been closed in 2004).

I emailed them (that had worked before when I got no where)..but this time I just got an email back saying it had been forwarded to the correct apartment...then later I got an email to call above number from a different email.

Anyway i called and the item (all of it) had been removed..not sure if that's good I need to check my fico score.
