New to MyFico and have a question

I show the below on one of my accounts:

The collection agency "905yc00310" was hired to collect a debt of $### originally owed to "BlahBlahBlah" on account number "XXXXXX0000".

How do I find out who the collection agency is to pay this off?

You need to go to...www.annualcreditreport.com....to get the actual reports from the CRA's...with all the specific info....

If the CA has identified it as a medical collection, that is why the information is masked.

You will need a report directly from the CRA to get the information OR you can call the CRA and ask using the account number. But you'd save lots of time and headaches doing the first option.

As sly said......you can go to www.annualcreditreport.com and get 1 free report from each CRA per year.
