Newbie here

Hello everyone. I am a newbie to this site but I have been working on credit for over a year now and honestly I feel I haven't gone anywhere with it. I have read alot of the postings on here and I will try some of the things posted. If anyone can give me any other advice, it will be greatly appreciated.

Re: Newbie here

Well my situation is that I have paid off alot of things on my CR that I knew I had to but they remained on the report just reflected as paid. I was reading on here about trying to send out a GW letter. Would that be the best way to go?

Re: Newbie here

I think whats killing me the most is the collection items for some payday loans me and my fiance did. We were going through some rough times and took out a couple of those and they are reported to a collection agency that we are paying on a monthly basis but it has not been updating that we are paying on them or taking the balance down. Any suggestions?

Re: Newbie here

dispute them as inaccurate  with all CRAs that are reporting.
