I have a 1st premier that is in collections by Arrow,

OC shows past due and charge off amt of 663.00

Arrow shows EQ past due 1167.00 updated 2/08  TU shows 1157.00 updated 1/08 and EX shows 1167.00 updated 2/08 that is a 494-504.00 difference.

It was placed in colections 10/05, now if you calculate from 10/05 to 2/08 that is 40 months at 10.00 a month it comes out to 504.00 MORE then what OC shows due, HUMMMMMMMM can CA add fees to the acct?

It is my understanding that they can only add fees at the rate of the original agreement-
