I have a baddie on my CR that is originally from Nextel before they were bought out by Sprint . It's about $691.00 and it lists Afni Bloom as the reporting party and lists DOLA as 11/2004. The service stunk and I terminated the contract - it was supposed to have had no early term fees due to a government rate, but they charged me them anyway, then obviously added fees to bring up the $$ to 691. (175 x 3 = 525) I disputed this with Nextel many moons ago because I was under a government contract when I had these phones (3 of them). The problem stemmed with a really bad CSR at the time and miscommunications etc.
Should I write a DV letter to afni bloom? I haven't received anything in the mail from them in forever. Or should I dispute it with the CRAs?
