I mailed a letter CMRRR they signed for it on September 9th, I was disputing a bill not mine that they kept verifying as mine to all 3 CRA . I asked them to send me verification that this was indeed my bill, (it was for a cell phone I never had ). They have not sent me anything as of yet. What is my next step to get this off my reports ?
