No go with Washington Mutual/Providian GW letter

They said that since the 2 late payments(in 5 years) were accurate that they wouldn't remove them. Bummer.

4....... don't give up. Wait 30 days and GW them again. Your request will probably find it's way into a different csr hands. And if that doesn't work - try again, and again........eventually you'll be rewarded.

I sent the letter out on January 11th and got a response back on January 26th.
